Define and describe how group dynamics can affect team effectiveness? And what makes a great group? Given the opportunity to select your group, how would you select and what criteria would you use for creating healthy group dynamics?
Heathly group dynamics can provide a team with many different assests and backgrounds. This can effect a team in a positive and negative way. For example, with a very dynmaic group you can have many different comments from all different types of work expierence and schooling backgrounds providing in depth decisions making. On the other hand, it can create a team that has problems agreeing on different types of problems or decisions.
When selecting and indivdual for a team I would look for the following group dynamics:
1. They are open to presenting options. 2. They forester consciousness, supporting people who see what they see, think what they think, and feel what they feel. 3. They communicate will within a group atmoshere. 4. They promote respect, tolerance, and acceptance of what is. 5. They except change and growth. 6. They don't expect to be perfect. 7. They work hard and well with others.
